NRM Groups in the Adelaide and Mt Lofty Ranges NRM Board area.
Three Groups have been established within the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resources Management Board area to advise the Board and work with local communities and stakeholders to implement the Board's Natural Resources Management Plan and promote public awareness for integrated natural resources management within the rural and peri-urban areas of the Region.
Groups have been established in the following areas:
Fleurieu Group
Central Hills Group
Northern Group
Group members are appointed on the basis of their knowledge in one or more natural resource management areas such as the management of water resources, primary production, soil conservation, biodiversity, local government, animal and plant control, indigenous culture, biodiversity or salinity.
